2. Relationship to the Eulo Mobile App: This website operates in conjunction with the Eulo mobile application. Certain features, including but not limited to video uploads, memorial contributions, profile creation, messaging, multimedia submissions, and interactive content, may also be governed by separate Terms of Use, Privacy Policies, Community Guidelines, and Content Policies applicable to the Eulo mobile application. By using this website and/or the Eulo mobile application, users agree to comply with all applicable Eulo policies collectively.

3. No Guarantee of Accuracy: While Eulo strives to provide accurate and reliable information, Eulo does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, authenticity, legality, or timeliness of any information contained on this website. Information displayed on this website may come from: public records, historical archives, third-party sources, user submissions, automated imports, AI-assisted data generation, and/or community contributions. Because of the volume and nature of the data, inaccuracies, omissions, outdated information, duplicate records, or errors may occur. Users acknowledge and agree that: Eulo is not responsible for inaccuracies or errors appearing on the website. Users access and rely on information at their own risk. Eulo makes no warranties regarding the correctness or authenticity of any profile, memorial, biography, image, date, or record.

User-Submitted Content: By submitting, uploading, posting, transmitting, or contributing any content to Eulo, including but not limited to: text, photographs, videos, audio recordings, memorials, biographical information, historical information, comments, tributes, or documents, you grant Eulo a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to: use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display, promote, advertise, archive, and/or create derivative works from or commercialize such content in connection with Eulo’s services, business operations, marketing, historical preservation efforts, databases, search engines, memorial systems, AI systems, and/or future technologies. You represent and warrant that: you own or have permission to submit the content, your submission does not violate any laws or third-party rights, and that your submission is not defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, obscene, hateful, threatening, or unlawful.

5. Removal and Moderation Rights: Eulo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: remove content, edit content, refuse submissions, restrict access, suspend or terminate accounts, delete profiles or materials, and/or investigate complaints without notice or liability. Eulo is under no obligation to preserve, maintain, or continue displaying any submitted content.

6. No Liability for User Content: Eulo is not responsible or liable for: user-generated content, offensive material, defamatory statements, false information, malicious submissions, harassment, fraudulent activity, copyright violations committed by users, AI-generated inaccuracies, and/or third-party linked content. Users understand that Eulo acts as a hosting and indexing platform and does not actively verify all content uploaded or displayed.

7. Historical and Public Record Information: Certain information displayed on the website may originate from public records, archives, newspapers, cemeteries, funeral homes, obituaries, genealogical databases, historical societies, government sources, or other third-party repositories. Eulo does not claim ownership over public-domain historical facts, but does claim ownership over: the compilation of data, website design, search systems, database organization, proprietary technology, original content created by Eulo, enhanced profile systems, AI-generated enhancements, and platform presentation.

8. Intellectual Property: All website content, software, trademarks, branding, graphics, logos, layouts, databases, search systems, and proprietary technologies are owned by or licensed to Eulo and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not: copy portions of the database, scrape or harvest data, reverse engineer the platform, republish website materials, commercially exploit website content, or use automated bots or crawlers. Any violation or attempted violation will be pursued by Eulo to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. No Professional Advice: The website does not provide legal, genealogical, historical, medical, financial, grief counseling, or professional advice. Any information provided is for informational and memorial purposes only.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eulo and its officers, employees, affiliates, investors, contractors, partners, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for: direct damages, indirect damages, emotional distress, loss of data, defamation claims arising from user content, business interruption, lost profits, reputation damage, incidental or consequential damages arising from: use of the website, reliance on website, content, user submissions, inaccurate records, technical failures, unauthorized access, and/or third-party actions. Use of the website is entirely at the user’s own risk.

12. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eulo and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs,or legal expenses arising from: user submissions, violations of these terms, infringement claims, misuse of the website, or illegal or harmful conduct
